Neon installations using found objects and neon texts an ongoing personal exploration of time, difference and similarity. In an attempt to better understand her children’s world, D’Arcy integrates modern teen vernacular to be displayed in neon and inform the meaning of found objects that she recovers and displays from her own teen years.
